who is a Field Sales Officer (FSO)?

A person having the potential to provide leads, which can be converted into healthy business directly by our Senior Field Sales Officer (SFSO). In course of time a FSO may become SFSO by fulfilling norms for the same.

WHAT ARE THE PRE-REQUISITES OF FSO?

• Any person over 18 years of age who has passed class XIl (Class X for rural area and Class XI, wherever the course is available), and having good network and the maturity to understand the education concept and its ethical business potential.
• Documents required
• Date of birth proof (School Certificate)
• Qualification Proof (Board/ University Certificates) "    '
• Address Proof (Passport, Ration Card, Voter's ID Card, Driving License. Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Insurance Policy etc.)
• Photographs (04) nos
• Fees, as applicable
• Bank account & PAN Card is essential lo disburse payments

COMPENSATION OF FSO:

FSO scheme is a target based scheme. In this FSO shall receive referral fees on every student who join organization, as per the “Student-Referral Fee Grid” (Annexure),once in a month.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RECRUIT FSO?

•     FSO will be sourced by the SFSO and will be finally selected by the Office-head through formal interview.

•     On the basis of application of FSO, recommendations of SFSO and approval by Office-head in the prescribed form, an agreement will be made as per the standard draft (Annexure B) the FSO & the Office-head. The agreement will be retained at the Area/ Branch Office custody of Area/ Branch Manager. It's a confidential and auditable document.

• Once the FSO successfully completes his training of 7 days under the concern officer, he will be eligible to get FSO code.

•     The Admin Executive will generate a FSO Code under the hierarchy of Admn Manager in territory after the necessary verifications of all the credentials of the FSO duly certified by Office-head. Then the Admin Executive shall regularly update minimum prescribed number of qualified students received (as confirmed by Office Head) along with all documents.

•     The FSO Code shall remain active for six months from date of coding, and shall get disabled automatically at the end six months. At the discretions of office-head the code can be disabled even earlier also; however a notice of 7 days needs to be served.

•     Every after six month FSO agreement will be disabled and there will be need of renewal of agreement.

Any party may terminate this agreement without assigning any reason by giving 7 days prior notice. In such an event, no referral fee shall be payable to you, even if accrued before such termination taking effect.
